I provide specialized therapeutic care for adults and adolescents across Pennsylvania who are managing trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and significant life transitions. My practice is centered on a trauma-informed philosophy, viewing healing as a natural process that flourishes within a supportive environment. I believe in balancing evidence-based professional expertise with a warm, authentic human connection, ensuring you feel truly heard and supported throughout your unique healing journey.

Meet Erin
Thank you for taking the time to read about my practice. I began my journey to become a therapist seven years ago, when I accepted a client coordinator role at a non-profit that provided specialized trauma therapy for survivors of sexual abuse. Within months, I felt a deep calling to do more for the community and decided to return to school to earn my master’s in clinical social work.
At the time, I was a newly divorced mother in my 40s. I wondered how I would make it all work, but I knew I had to take the leap.
I love working with survivors—their bravery inspires me daily. I feel honored to hold space for each person I work with, and I never take their trust and vulnerability for granted.
Many of my clients remark that they no longer feel alone on their journey and that they finally have the healthy support they need to heal.
Fees & Insurance
Choosing to invest in your healing is a significant step, and I aim to provide a warm, transparent, and non-judgmental approach to the financial side of therapy.
- Fees: Individual Session Cost: $130 per 53 minute session
- Telehealth (immediate openings) and in-person (available May 2026 - York, PA)
- Insurance - I am in network with the following plans through Headway:
